The delivery of speed is up to 5 business days - we will do our best to make sure you receive your product as soon as possible, so it might take less. 

 

We offer a 60-Day exchange or money-back guarantee on our products. To be eligible for a return, we do require any returned merchandise to be in good condition, and the return process must be initiated within 60-Days of original purchase.

Exchanges:

  We will need:

  • The original order number
  • The reason for the return
  • The replacement item (must be of equal or lesser value than the initial purchase) that you would like to receive. 

Refunds:

To initiate a return for a refund, please contact us via email at info@debriefme.com. We will provide you with the address to send your return. Please be advised, the return and refund process can take up to 10-business days to complete, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

  • The reason for return
